Auto Safety

As with any event the safety and well being of all who attend are of paramount concern
All local and state rules are in effect, please for the safety and comfort of our participants there will be none of the following:

Speeding
Drag Racing
Spinning of tires.
Riding on the outside of vehicles
Demonstration of speed
Alcoholic beverages in vehicles or public property unless permitted
Working on vehicles except for cleaning or breakdown

Please respect all public and private property.


Responsibility and Liability

It is the responsibility of all to act in a manor that does not endanger or harm any person or property,
Those entering the car show and cruise must sign and abide by the following conditions.

All entrants owners,drivers and passengers enter and participate at their own risk.  Falmouth Dream Cruise and it supporters, agents,supporting clubs, town of Falmouth, volunteers accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or to any entrant owner and driver by any means, act of omission or through any circumstances.  The entrant  hereby agrees to indemnify and save, harmless the organizers,
sponsors,and promoters of this event plus their agents and employees for all actions, suits claims, proceedings, demands or losses arising out of the entrant's participation in the Falmouth Dream Cruise and Car Show weekend events.

  • World War 2 and before vehicles and Elegant Cars will be showcased in the village green area, this exemplifies a golden bygone era of fabulous cars, historic and beautiful homes and buildings each of which on their own, are worth the visit.
  • American,British, European and Japanese 2 seat sport cars & all performance Coupes/Sedans This group showcases exotic cars, the fast and the furious, and the ones only a few can own, but you can dream. Shown in town on the grounds of the Lawrence School. 1980 up
  • American, Muscle and Hot Rods Only in America the dreams and possession of a generation of Rock and Roll and the ones who did whatever they could to go fast and look cool.  What a place to show your car, right by  the Harbor. 1946-1980

    
We will have a car collection area at the Lawrence School you must pre-register all cars first and have pre approval minimum of 3 cars or more.

NO Admission or entry fee.                                            Donations to the Food Pantry would be appreciated

Cruise Sunday August 31,2008 12PM to 3PM
Where else can you cruise for 3 hours, when you want, with vistas that will only make you want to come back again and again, beautiful houses, light house, views of Marthas Vineyard with her ferry ships going back and forth,quaint New England harbors, miles and miles of beautiful beaches and more. Best of all people who will want to see your car.

Accommodations
Falmouth and the surrounding area has many great hotels that can accommodate individuals and groups who understand the needs of car people.  Call early and we will work with you.

We will not be giving out trophies but if you as a club,or in concert with other clubs would like to judge and give out trophies for you own venue we will help you.  We will be giving out goodie bags and dash plaques.  This is not just a car show it is and event you will always remember.


Parking and Shuttles
Parking is available thru out town with a shuttle running between sites.
